Projects Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our client's projects, a cutting-edge initiative aimed at revolutionizing agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders

- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure project deliverables

- Conduct risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust plans accordingly

- Foster effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving within the team

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or agriculture sector

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
